Returns:
Swindon Airsoft takes its products and customer satisfaction very seriously. We endeavor to get the products to you in the quickest possible time and in the condition expected. All our goods are Quality Assurance checked before dispatch to avoid faulty or damaged items being dispatched.
In the unlikely event that an item does not arrive as you expect our policy on returns and refunds are below, however this does not infringe on your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. A copy of your rights can be found here.
In the unlikely event that your new purchase arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact Swindon Airsoft within 48 hours of receipt, via email (sales@swindonairsoft.co.uk).
Once we have accepted the goods for return, postage costs will be at your own expense. Upon receipt of your faulty goods, the item will be checked by our engineers and at our discretion a replacement item will be dispatched to you.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on goods that are in “AS NEW”, un-opened, un-used, undamaged, in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Changes in Terms
Swindon Airsoft reserves the right to make changes to our terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective from the date and time of posting on the Swindon Airsoft web site.

Claiming to have a product repaired under warranty:
If a product proves faulty within our warranty period (stated above) from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. We will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to our conditions:
Conditions of the Warranty:
To claim on your warranty, Swindon Airsoft requires the original receipt as proof of purchase. No products will be accepted under our terms without original proof of purchase.
Exclusions
Swindon Airsoft warranty does not include any of the following:
- Batteries and chargers supplied in the box with all Chinese made AEGs and Pistols
- GBB products warranty will be void if the item has been used with anything other than the recommended Gas as stated by the manufacturer. Please contact us for further details on recommended Gas types for your GBB.
- Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's (Please contact us for details of approved BB makes)
- Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to Swindon Airsoft for repair
- Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
- Any routine maintenance required
- Any faults arising from misuse
- Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by Swindon Airsoft
Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by Swindon Airsoft engineers
